Return or Exchange Policy
Return Policy: Products are non-returnable, but you may exchange them within 7 days from the date of receipt.
Damaged or Defective Items: If the product is damaged or broken during shipping, the company will gladly replace it and arrange for a new one to be sent to the customer.
Shipping and Repackaging Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping and repackaging costs associated with exchanges.
Processing Time: If a product is exchanged or a new one is ordered, the processing time is 5-7 business days if the product is available. If the product is not available and must be ordered from abroad, the processing time is 15-30 days.
